Here I go again.

GOOD LORD WHERE HAVE I BEEN!?!?!?!

So much for writing on a daily basis and keeping up with it, no? And I almost made it through February.

Well to make a long story short, life got stressful, things got complicated and scary, and I just needed to take a step back from this to recenter and figure some things out.
While I did recenter myself, nothing it figured out.

But I figured I would start again because hey, you just can't quit, and it's June 1st and 6 is my lucky number so why not restart in June. Plus its midway through the year, and at least this gives me a chance to end the year on a positive note.

"So what's going to happen now that you're back to this?" you may be asking yourself... well that is a very valid question, and here's what I'm gonna do/am doing.

In terms of writing, I'm still going to be doing a prompt a day, but since I missed March-May in prompts, I will be tacking those on just to get them done. I am also going to try and write more about my day to day life, share with you guys my ongoing projects (such as movie homeschooling, fitness, finding myself), and just try to use this as a place where I can keep track of what's going on in my head, as well as keeping myself accountable for the things I want to succeed in.

So be prepared for more posts, sometimes more than once a day.
The ultimate goal is still to move from this site to a more professional one, but that requires me to pay for it, so in the meantime, I'm just going to have to make this work for me.

Now for the updates:
I started with Fitbit Coach today. I got  3-month free trial to check out the program. I am in desperate need of losing some weight, not because of whatever societal standard I think I need to put on myself, but because my clothes from two years ago no longer fit, and I'm too poor to go out and buy new (read: bigger) clothes, so weight loss it is.
And I know I may have mentioned it before, the whole running more and walking to work. Running is still something I am attempting, but this last month was a bust for me. Between being sick and insanity at work (A-sale), I didn't get out as much as I would have wanted. And as a companion to Fitbit Coach and running (when I can) I am going to start walking to work. It's only about a mile away, and the extra steps in my day will help me burn more calories, get my heart pumping, and get me on track to losing those extra pounds.

On Sunday I start a new class, the TCM: Mad About Musicals. It's a start for my film homeschooling, still not sure how I'm going to accomplish that, but like I said this is a start.

And other than those three things (writing, health, and movies) that's what I'm focusing my non-work time on.
So wish me luck and here we go.

Also if this entry feels a little rushed, its because I am rushed to write it, which hopefully won't be a recurring theme for me.
